It’s time for Meet & Beats. Recently engaged? Looking for a DJ or Photo Booth for your Wedding or Event? You should definitely come out to Meet & Beats 2019. The Peaks ProEvent Services 1st Annual Meet & Beats will be an after party to the Northern Arizona Wedding Expo on February 23rd 2019 at The McMillan in Flagstaff Arizona. What exactly is this Meet & Beats you may ask? Well, we thought it would be fun to give brides and couples a different way to meet our team. Not only to hear about what they do, but see them in action.
Come by to casually sip a cocktail, grab a bite to eat, and meet our team of DJs and Photographers.
The McMillan has a great selection of american cuisine, appetizers, signature cocktails, and craft beers that are sure to keep you smiling while you take a moment to discuss your Wedding or Event with one of our experts.
The Itinerary
Peaks ProEvent Services will be taking over The McMillan for a great night of fun! The Itinerary is below so you can plan the perfect time to stop by and meet our team. We can’t wait to meet any brides, couples, or anyone else looking for the best DJ or Photo Booth around for their wedding or event.
8pm-10pm – Game Room Cocktails and Meet & Greet: From 8pm-10pm we will have rotating DJs and a free Photo Booth in the Game Room. Tell us about your Wedding or Event. Meet our team, and get to learn what we are all about. All Ages, Free Entry.
10pm-11pm – Wedding Dance Party!: From 10pm-11pm we will move to the main room where all of the Peaks Pro DJs will be rotating on the tables and playing a fun Wedding Dance Party set for everyone there. It is important to remind you that this event is open to the public, so anyone is welcome to come dance with us. 21+ Free Entry.
11pm-2am – The After Party!: From 11pm-2am our team will be rotating on the decks and playing a more club & bar based set. This party is open to the public, but we hope if you are down to party you stay, dance, and be merry with the whole Peaks ProEvent Services team. We will have a few fun give aways. 21+ Free Entry.
